RANCANGAN MASAK MEMASAK BERSAMA CHEF FANA !

Assalamualaikum semua !!!! ;)


Heyya !!! Selamat datang ke rancangan SEDAP KE ? bersama saya Siti Nur Farhana yang akan berkongsi bersama anda satu resipi istimewa... 


DOUBLE CHOC BROWNIES  


Ada rasa eksaited tak?? Ahhh.sudah dengan perkara-perkara mengarut ni...Mesti korang tertanya-tanya kan GHETI ke kau masak Farhana oiiiiii ?


Jawapan aku : Of coz GHETI...haha =P Aku mengaku la aku masak tak de la sedap mana kan...main taram je masak...Masuk tu masuk ni then SIAP ! But.but bak kata Mat Salleh.. "Don't judge a book by it's cover " 
So, berdirinya aku disini adalah untuk menunjukkan kepada dunia yang aku pun GHETI masak-memasak ni.
Sebab dulu kala , time aku masih kecik dan comel aku suka main masak-masak.... *rolling eyes*




Bagi sesi memasak kali ini aku telah menggunakan kitab ni n_n


The ingredients that we need to make DOUBLE CHOC BROWNIES  is 


1. Half cup of butter,plus extra for greasing
2. 115g semisweet chocolate, broken into pieces
3. One 1/3  superfine sugar
4.pinch of salt
5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
6. 2 eggs
7. 1 cup all-purpose flour
8. 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
9. 1/2 cup  chocolate chips


*and i think to make the cake more soft and scrumptious you can add some milk into the batter :)


For the FUDGE SAUCE


1. 4 tbsp butter
2. generous 1 cup superfine sugar
3. 2/3 cup of milk
4. generous 1 cup heavy cream
5. 200g semisweet chocolate broken into pieces


So how to do it??? It's easy..... hoho




1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius. Grease a cake pan with the butter. 


2. Place the butter and chocolate in a small heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of gently simmering water until melted. Stir until smooth. Let cool slightly. 



3. Stir in the sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Add the eggs, one at a time, stirring well until blended. 




4. Sift the flour and cocoa into the cake batter and beat until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the top is evenly coloured and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out almost clean. 



To make the sauce....


 1. place the butter, sugar, milk and cream in a small saucepan and heat gently until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil and stir for 10 minutes or until the mixture is a caramel colour. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate. Stir until smooth.






Then the result will be like this.......




WALLAAAHHH !!! My MASTERPIECE....hihi =P
